1. Eligibility for Refund
We may issue a full refund **only if**:
- You contact us within **14 days** of your purchase, AND
- You have **not accessed** more than 20% of the course content, AND
- You provide a clear reason for your request.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Accounts with significant course progress (>20%)
- Change of mind without valid reason
- Technical issues on your device (we provide system requirements upfront)

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** and credited to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
