Refund Policy

Because our products are **digital and delivered instantly upon purchase**, our refund policy is limited but fair — in compliance with U.S. digital goods regulations and the laws of the State of Colorado.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We may issue a full refund **only if**:

  • You contact us within **14 days** of your purchase, AND
  • You have **not accessed** more than 20% of the course content, AND
  • You provide a clear reason for your request.
⚠️ Please note: Once you log in and begin watching lessons, you are considered to have consumed the digital service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Accounts with significant course progress (>20%)
  • Change of mind without valid reason
  • Technical issues on your device (we provide system requirements upfront)

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Course title
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief explanation for your request
We will respond within **5 business days**.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** and credited to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
